The Acquisition Committee (AcCie) was created to help the commissioner of external affairs with finding sponsors. This committee was a great idea. However, the committee lost its lustre and slowly fell apart. This year, the committee has revived with a new idea, namely hockey for companies. Corporate hockey is a regionally or locally organised hockey competition between teams by different companies, non-profit organisations, services, research groups and professional groups. Corporate hockey offers opportunities to propagate the name of your company in a sporty way. Besides, it is the ideal way to establish informal contacts with other companies or organisations.
