At DHC, you can always become a member by filling in a membership form. We do not work with waiting lists. A form can be picked up at the CHC and also be handed in there. If you have any questions about becoming a member, you can always send an e-mail to secretaris@dhcdrienerlo.nl.
If you were a member before, you can send an e-mail to the Secretary with a request to become a member again. Do not forget to add which membership!
If you want to leave DHC Drienerlo for any reason, there are two moments in a season to do so. You should send an email with a deregistration request before the 1st of December or the 1st of July. To do so, you have to send an email to the Secretary. You are officially deregistered if you have a confirmation from the Secretary. If you are too late, your membership will be ended at the next unsubscribe date.
In all memberships there is a difference between recreation and performance teams.
Competition member
If you are a competition member, you are a member of DHC Drienerlo for a full season. You can participate in training sessions and matches. You are therefore entitled to play all matches of your team during a season.
Training member
If you are a training member, you are a member for a full season at DHC. You can participate in all training sessions. You are not entitled to participate in any matches of your team.
Half year member
With this membership, you are a member of DHC Drienerlo for half a year. You can participate in all training sessions and matches of your team. You are therefore entitled to play all matches of your team during a season.
Indoor member
It is possible at DHC Drienerlo to only become a member to play indoors. You can participate in all training sessions and matches indoors. You are therefore entitled to play all indoor matches of your team during the indoor season.
Contributor
Being a contributor is only possible if you have been a member of DHC Drienerlo before. Additionally, your request for a contributor has to be accepted by the board. As a contributor, you are not allowed to train or play matches. You can be part of committees and have a drink with your old teammates. As well, you are allowed to go to general member meetings.
The membership fee for season 2020-2021 is as follows:
Registration fee(one-off) €22

- Training twice a week: €95
Training member
- Performance €55
- Recreation €45
- Training once a week: €45
- Training twice a week: €50
Half year competition member
- Performance €52,50
- Recreation
- Training once a week €47,50
- Training twice a week €50,-
The membership fee is collected in two installments for match members. Training memberships are on yearly basis only and are collected in one installment.
Indoor hockey
The indoor hockey fee is €220 per team. This is independent of the amount of members in the indoor team.
Contributor
For former members, it is possible to become a contributor for €35 per year. It is not possible to play hockey being a contributor. If you are interested in becoming a contributor, please send an e-mail to bestuur@dhcdrienerlo.nl.
Via the Secretary you can change your address or any other personal data. As well as a change in your membership.
All of our members must own a Unioncard or a Campuscard. The Unioncard is available via dms.utwente.nl or the Sports Centre. The association fee also needs to be paid there. The prices of the Unioncard or Campuscard and the association fees can be found here.
If you do not own the card and/or have not paid the association fee, you will receive a fine. The money to be paid for a fine can be found here. On top of this fine, the association can also impose a fine of €25 for not possessing the card and for not paying the association fee.
